This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through this website.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• unused;
• complete;
• undamaged;
• returned with all accessories, manuals and packaging;
• returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

For safety, hygiene and product integrity reasons, products that have been used in water, damaged, modified, or returned incomplete may be refused or may result in a deduction from the refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. DBCTRADE is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or videos showing the issue.
