These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell recreational water sports products, including underwater sea scooters. Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.

Products must be used only in accordance with the safety instructions provided. Children must use the product only under adult supervision.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

DBCTRADE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

4. Prices and VAT

All consumer prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.

For business customers, VAT treatment may depend on the customer’s location and valid VAT number.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 5 business days after order confirmation, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, carrier delays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused, complete, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in the original packaging.

Products that have been used in water, damaged, or returned incomplete may be refused or may result in a deduction from the refund.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty rules. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper charging, impact, water damage resulting from incorrect use, modification of the product, or use contrary to the instructions.

8. Safety

The product must only be used in safe water conditions. Do not use in strong currents, rough sea, deep water, crowded swimming areas or unsafe weather conditions.

The product is intended for recreational use only and is not professional diving or rescue equipment.

9. Liability

DBCTRADE is not liable for damage caused by improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, use by children without adult supervision, or use in unsafe water conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer law.

10. Governing Law

These terms and all transactions through this website are governed by Dutch law.
