This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through this website.

1. Shipping Location

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods, public holidays, stock checks, payment verification, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands: usually within approximately 5 business days after order confirmation.

Other EU countries: usually within approximately 7 business days after order confirmation.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, stock availability, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside DBCTRADE’s control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.

DBCTRADE may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates from time to time. Such offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

DBCTRADE is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, additional costs, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times stated above. However, delivery delays may occur.

DBCTRADE is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, public holidays, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.

7. Risk of Delivery

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer when the product has been delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or if items are missing from the package, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number;
• photos or videos of the package and product;
• a clear description of the issue.

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.

9. International Shipping

Shipping outside the Netherlands may be subject to additional delivery time, carrier restrictions, customs checks, or local import requirements.

For deliveries outside the European Union, if offered, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
